If our customers are not satisfied with their order, they can return it for a refund or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.
Our return shipping costs, excluding weekends and holidays, are covered by Tarpaulin Store UK; refunds are made within seven working days after confirming the product is new and unused.
To ensure the item’s safety during transportation, it should be returned in its original packaging. Products should be new and with all the tags attached.
Tarpaulin Store UK will not accept products that are damaged, destroyed, or changed, and we will return them to their original owners. During the return process, items without tags will not be accepted by the company.
Customers can request a refund or exchange an item by providing the correct information such as the order number, product information, and the reason for return. Once the customer has received the return label, they can return the product to us.
Email confirmations are sent for all refunds and returns. The actual cost of shipping is not refundable.
If customers make sure that the product is new and unused, we will refund all refunds within 14 days of receiving the order.
We refund the entire amount through a bank or through a credit card.
We offer our customers two ways to exchange orders if they place them by mistake:
