Where my order will be delivered?
You will receive your order at the address you provide when you place your order. You can deliver to an address other than the billing address if you check the “deliver to another address” box. The form will open to ask for the delivery address, and once it is filled out, the items will be sent to that address.
Are the items damaged in the parcel?
For damaged items in your parcel, please call us on +44 014 1628 6342 or email us at email@example.com. There may be several reasons for this. After delivery, we will only accept unused items returned to us within 14 days.
